Yes, the loan type is called Rural Development.  It is a 0% down loan that is designed for rural communities / areas.  Little Falls and the entire Morrison County qualifies for this loan area.  Also most of the small communities around St. Cloud also qualify.  Rural Development is a 30 year fixed interest rate loan.  It does have a few stipulation for the borrower to qualify.  For example there are income guild lines and some rules on what kind of home you can buy and what the condition of the home needs to be.  Other than that, this is a great program for first time home buyers to get into their first home.
